Mr. Rinehimer is a lifelong resident of Pocono Mountain School District who graduated from the District in 1984. He was elected as a School Board Director in 2021.

He owns and operates Rinehimer Construction Inc. He is married to Patty Rinehimer and has two sons, Cole and Chase.

Bert's community service includes serving as a former member of the Tobyhanna Township zoning hearing board.
