REQUEST FOR (ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION) OF SEALED BIDS FOR 2025 CURB & SIDEWALK REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS (POSTED 04-29-25)
Sealed proposals for the Pocono Mountain School District – 2025 Curb & Sidewalk Repairs and Improvements will be received online via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Pocono Mountain School District until 1:00 PM, Prevailing Time, on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened via PennBid. Pocono Mountain School District will discuss for potential action on the Bid at their regularly scheduled School Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The Bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The Project will be bid as one contract for 2025 Curb & Sidewalk Repairs and Improvements. The project entails removal of existing pavement, removal of existing concrete curb and sidewalk, installation of pavement, installation of concrete curb and sidewalk, installation of ADA curb ramps and ADA parking spaces, installation of traffic bollards, installation of snow melt system in concrete sidewalk, installation of pavement markings and signage, stormwater inlet top replacement, and work of similar nature. All Bidding documents are available online at no cost at http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com on April 28, 2025.
