Program Expectations/Coaching Philosophy:
My expectation is for our team to be competitive every time we take the court, no matter what the circumstances are. There is a lot of diversity in sports, and it is important to be in the right state of mind and be able to compete. I believe everyone involved in the sport, no matter who you are or what level you are at, has the ability to improve. It is vital to always be willing to learn and get better, no matter how minimal or substantial the task. I want to encourage good values when it comes to teaching the sport. It is important to instill good values into your athletes and have them be able to make good choices on their own. I advocate all the time that there are always a few things you can be in control over. No matter what the situation is: your effort, your attitude, and your willingness to learn.
Upcoming Season Goals:
To be competitive every time we are on the court, and to have our best season in the program’s history.
Off-Season Programs/Summer Camp Announcements:
Off-season workouts will take place after the fall season sports.
